Initial Consult

What you need to know...

An Initial Naturopathic Consultation is a very thorough information gathering session.

You will need to allow 75mins and be prepared for a lot of questions!

The goal of the Initial Consult is to gather all the information we need to understand why your body is behaving the way it is.

What to do before your appointment.....

SUPPLEMENTS: If you are taking any Natural supplements please have a list of them ready (including brands) so we can cross check everything you are taking during the appt.

MEDICATIONS: Are you currently taking any medication from your Doctor? If so, have a list of them (including dosages) ready.

RECENT BLOOD TEST RESULTS: If you have had any recent blood tests, reports or further investigations done, please send a copy through to Simone prior to the appt.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: As all consults are now online, if you have any skin conditions please take a photo and send through before your appt. If you you don't know your blood pressure please go to a good chemist before appt, get it checked and send result through. Also take a close up photo of your tongue (in good lighting) and send through before the appt.
